Announcement: L][Epic - Server Rules

Introduction

L][Epic is a PvP Server.
These are the main rules.
Please be advised that any infractions will result in Warnings, Kicks or Account Ban.



General Rules

- By registering on the server, you agree to be bound to these rules.
- Not reading the rules is no excuse for violating the responsibility and could not be an argument for appeal.
- Owner of the account will suffer the consequences for wrongful act or for violation of the rules.
- Players should independently monitor server rules, as well as announcements in-the game or at the forum.


Administration Rules

- Administration guarantees non-interference in the gameplay, unless is being shown as a violation of a server rules.
- Administration is not responsible for cases of damage to the players or third parties.
- Administration will NOT return belongings, money or skills lost as a result of ignorance of the rules of L][Epic.
- The administration has the right, at any time, to terminate the services of a person or group.
- In the event of a disruption to the server, administration will take the necessary steps to restore its efficiency.
- Administration reserves the complete and unconditional right to any impact on bringing order on the server.


Player Rules

- Account shall be used only to the owner of the account. The owner of the account is a person registered account.
- The player must maintain safety of their user names and passwords from their game accounts.
- Dispose of any items from the inventory in large quantities in one place is not allowed.
- Perform any types of attacks or actions to breach security and stability of the server is not allowed.
- Do NOT ask or beg a GM or Administration for items. You will not receive items, but you will be jailed.
- Do NOT ask to become a GM or about becoming a GM. Applications are avaliable on forum GM Application


Third party allications and client add-ons

- Using server errors (bugs), or any third party applications that are affecting the Lineage2 client in anyway is not allowed, including but not limited to L2Walker.
- Any player who has found a new bug and or exploit, is to immediately notify the administration server. An Administration of a server will reward the player.


Chat / Nick information

- You are not allowed to insult any L][Epic Staff members in anyway. Any virbal or action maybe identified as an insult and will result in a temporary or permanent jail time.
- It's not allowed in anyway way to use of obscenities and expressions in the game or at the forum.
- Administration reserves the right to determine the degree of guilt and sentence for violators.
- Inadmissible clan names, insulting other players or simply containing vulgar language will lead a to a jail time.
- When creating a character is forbidden to give him a name containing the reserved words: GM, Administrator, Annoucements, the names of administration, as used previously and this. Offensive names of other players or just contain vulgar language is not allowed.
- It's forbidden in public places. A flood of messages as a Trade Shout more often than 2 every 30 seconds. Also under flood means all other communications over the same messages / communications teams in succession.
- Vicious begging (accompanied by a flood of voice) is not allowed.
- Any financial activities of real or virtual currencies that can be use as real money forbidden.
- Explicitly or implicitly advertise other private servers is not allowed.
- Explicitly or implicitly promote sexual services and / or erotic materials (pornographic) character.
- Mislead the other players in any way making believe that the player has the possibility of administrative interference in the gameplay is not allowed.


Interaction with the L][Epic Staff listed by not limited to:

- Disrespectful attitude to L][Epic Staff is strictly forbidden.
- Attacking GM's in game without permission is not allowed.
- Interference during GM's actions is forbidden.
- Explicit speech and arguing with GM is prohibited.
- Requesting party/trade/friend/clan/ally inquiry to GM is prohibited.
- It is forbidden to mislead to L][Epic Staff.
- Posting dialogs with L][Epic Staff is strictly forbidden.
- Flooding GM about removal of punishment from any account more than 1 times per day is prohibited
- Discussing the punishment made by GM is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to propagate rumors and slander about the server or its Support Staff.
- Do not use "Yo, Men, Are you a GM? and others" to address GM's. Use following format " Hello, excuse me, i have a question. Do you have time to answer it?.


Account Rules

Every user at L][epic is responsible for the security of their account information.
Lineage II Epic will not return items or adena that are stolen from any account!

It is extremely important that every player takes the necessary precautions to safe guard their account information.

Sharing this information is the most common cause of account and item theft. Our databases are very secure, firewalled, and patched with the latest exploit fixes. All passwords in our account database are encrypted as well for the best security.

Every single case of so called account being hacked came from individuals who share their accounts with family, real life friends, and girlfriend/boyfriends. Other occurrences are due to some sort of fallout in a personal relationship with a friend in real life, or a online friend!
Sometimes malicious users will befriend other players with the motive to eventually gain their trust to steal items.

Regardless of the reason someone might decide to give their info to someone, just remember that we warned about it, and if something comes up missing, it could have been prevented by following these simple guidelines. It is absolutely essential to keep account information for yourself!


Lost or Stolen Items Informations

GMs do not restore lost, dropped or scammed items.
However, stealing or scamming of any kind is a punishable offense at L][Epic.
If you are caught trying to scam with fake private stores it may result in a punishment.


Player vs Player Informations

This is a PvP Server.
High Level Players aren't allowed to be flagged on any Low Level Zones.
You can flag only in your grade. Play fair and whithout cheat or any bug.



Event Rules

Players at all events must follow rules and requests of the GM Staff, by not doing so GM has a right to remove a player(s) from the event at any point of the time.

Grand Oly Rules applys to all players that are registered for that event. Please note if your found guilty of cheating, feeding points or dualboxing in the event you will be removed from that event and jailed.
