Kamael Epic wepaon Angelic Shooter"

This weapon doesn't work.
It says taht it have haste ability when enchanted above +4 i made it +6 and it gives nothing just p.atak is higher than with crossbow made from draconic.
With Crosbow SA cheapshot i have 989 attack speed and with this special epic weapon which have haste ability i have 989. Its junk expensive but gives completly nothing.
On my hawkeye with mordor bow i have a bit less attack speec 969 but i shoot 2 times faster than from crossbow. From ordor bow shooting is like from AK-47. From epic crossbow which should have higher speed because of SA shoting is like from old Six shooter from Wild West. Fix it please. For now Kamael with epic weapon cant match anybody other with epic weapon.
If You want check my nick in game Amikiel. I had that weapon in my hands and normal crossbow in inventory.
